Welcome to the Church of New Hope's CORE Student Ministries! I'm Pastor Paul Thompson, and I encourage you to come experience God with us, every Wednesday evening @ 7pm.
Wednesday evening services consist of fun and games, worship, prayer, and teaching. For the most part, we conduct an interactive teaching format so that the kids can engage in discussion and share their thoughts and feelings. We also have fun activities at least one weekend a month, which gives the kids a chance to unwind or act crazy with their friends!
Most importantly, the heart of the youth ministry here is to see young people acquire a living, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ. Our most earnest desire is that youth would forsake the harmful temptations and painful consequences of sin that they are constantly confronted with, and discover that a relationship with Jesus will give them strength to face all that life brings their way, and give them more joy than they thought possible.
